Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 28, 2026
1. About us and acceptance
This website is operated by Bidora Estimation and Design LLC (“Bidora”, “we”, “us”), 1500 N Grant St Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our services
We provide construction estimating, quantity takeoff, drafting and design support services, as described on this website, to contractors, builders, developers and other businesses. The exact scope, deliverables and price for each project are set out in the written proposal or quotation we issue for that project, which forms part of the agreement between us.
3. Proposals and starting work
A proposal is an offer based on the documents and information available when it is prepared. Work begins once you accept the proposal in writing and pay any deposit stated in it. If your documents or scope change after acceptance, we will confirm any change to price or schedule in writing before doing the additional work.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate drawings, specifications and addenda for your project.
- Make sure you have the right to share the documents you send us.
- Respond to reasonable requests for clarification in a timely way; delays in information may move the delivery date.
- Review deliverables promptly and tell us about any issue within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in your proposal or invoice. Invoices are payable by the date shown on them. If payment is overdue, we may pause work or withhold delivery of completed work until payment is received. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.
6. Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables are provided electronically in the formats stated in your proposal. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included as described in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope are additional work and will be quoted before we carry them out.
7. Important note about estimates
Estimates and takeoffs are professional assessments prepared from the documents you provide. Construction costs and bid outcomes depend on market conditions, material and labor prices, site conditions and other factors outside our control. An estimate is not a guarantee of the final construction cost or of any bid result. You and your contractors remain responsible for verifying quantities and prices before bidding, ordering or building.
8. Intellectual property
When a project is paid in full, you may use the deliverables we prepared for you for the project they were created for. Our templates, libraries, software, methods and know-how remain our property. Documents and materials you provide remain yours (or your licensors’).
9. Confidentiality
We treat your project documents and business information as confidential and use them only to perform your work. You agree to do the same with our proposals, pricing and internal materials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost bids. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new engagements from its “Last updated” date.
