Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Bidora Estimation and Design LLC provides professional services and digital deliverables only. We do not sell, manufacture or ship physical products, so no shipping carriers, shipping fees or physical delivery addresses are involved in any order.

2. How your work is delivered

All deliverables are delivered electronically, by email or by a secure download link, in the file formats stated in your project proposal. Depending on the service, deliverables may include PDF drawing sets, native DWG or RVT files, takeoff spreadsheets and estimate summaries.

3. Delivery timelines

Your delivery date is agreed in writing in your proposal before work begins. Timelines are based on the project scope and start once we have received your complete documents and any deposit stated in the proposal. If anything puts your delivery date at risk, we will let you know as early as we can. Delivery may move if documents arrive late, are incomplete, or the scope changes after work has started; we will confirm the revised date in writing.

4. Receiving your files

Please make sure the email address you give us can receive attachments or download links, and check your spam or junk folder if a delivery seems late.
If a download link has expired or a file has not arrived, contact us and we will resend your deliverables at no charge.
Delivery is complete when the files are sent to the email address you provided or made available through the download link we send.

5. Delivery problems

If a file arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what your proposal describes, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
