Refund & Return Policy

1. What this policy covers
Bidora Estimation and Design LLC provides professional services — construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, drafting and design support. Our work is custom and project-based, and deliverables are supplied electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no product returns; this policy explains when refunds apply to our services instead.
2. Deposits
A proposal may require a deposit before work starts. The deposit reserves production time for your project and covers the initial work on it. How a deposit is treated on cancellation is described below.
3. If you cancel before work begins
If you cancel in writing before we have started work on your project, we will refund all amounts you have paid for that project in full.
4. If you cancel after work has begun
If you cancel after work has begun, you are charged for the work performed up to the cancellation date, and we will refund the remaining unearned balance. Deliverables that have been completed and delivered are not refundable, because the service has been fully performed.
5. If we cannot complete your project
If we are unable to complete a project we have accepted, we will refund all amounts you paid for the work that was not performed.
6. Errors in our deliverables
If a deliverable contains an error made by us, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no additional charge. If the error cannot be corrected, we will refund the fee for the affected deliverable. Correction or refund of the affected deliverable is the remedy for errors, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
7. What is not refundable
- Fees for work that has been completed, delivered and accepted.
- Changes of mind after deliverables have been approved.
- Third-party costs we incurred for your project with your approval.
- Delays or extra work caused by incomplete, late or changed documents supplied by you.
8. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your project name and the reason for your request. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
9. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback for services that were delivered as agreed may result in the dispute being contested with the delivery records for the project.
